Bundaberg Black is probably one of the most revered rums to ever come out of the Bundaberg Distillery in far North Queensland Australia.

We loved the idea that the rum would continue in its confined state of darkness, by ensuring that the bottle was opaque - letting in no light. The only time it would see the light is when it is poured into your glass there is something magic about that.

The result - a solid black bottle with an engraved steel panel, as if it were an object of art.

The end result is something that that is striking, precious and where is the weight of the fullness of its decade in darkness is felt in its final execution.
