Back in January 2018 I took a train from Seattle to Olympia in Washington State. Olympia incidentally was home to Kurt Cobain on their rise to global stardom, and rock infamy. Olympia it is also blessed by artesian springs amidst stunning scenery.Olympia beer in the US dates back to 1896. ‘The Water’ plays an even more important role by creating the worlds best tasting vodka. Working closely with the team at Pabst, we dug under the cultural bonnet of Olympia, respected the past and distilled it with elegance and flair. Seattle train station and Washington State building I can thank for the inspiration.
This is the result.Personally I am humbled to have played a part in the ongoing legacy of this great NW Pacific brand.
